The Ringling Museum: timeless elegance

One of my favorite wedding venues in Sarasota is The Ringling Museum, where art, history, and romance converge. This iconic venue offers an extraordinary backdrop with its Mediterranean-inspired architecture, lush gardens, and waterfront views. Within the property, the Ca’ d’Zan terrace makes for the perfect ceremony spot, while the Museum of Art Courtyard provides the perfect setting for unforgettable receptions.

In my opinion, the Ringling Museum is not just a venue but a testament to the vibrant legacy of John and Mable Ringling, pioneers in Sarasota's cultural development. John, a circus magnate and art enthusiast, along with Mable, envisioned Sarasota as a thriving cultural hub. They amassed an impressive art collection, featuring European masterpieces that now grace the museum's halls. The Ca’ d’Zan, their opulent Venetian-style mansion, reflects their taste for beauty and grandeur. Today, their contributions have transformed Sarasota into a city synonymous with art and elegance, making The Ringling Museum a symbolic and historic choice for a wedding.
