The Wilton School of Cake Decorating and Confectionery Art
The Wilton School carries international renown in the pastry arts and culinary industry based from the U.S. (Illinois). Wilton offers 85 years of experience in training and teaching elemental to advanced techniques to generations of cake decorators from all over the world. Julie has trained extensively at Wilton and is now considered a Master instructor who will, on occasion, lead an international, week-long workshop traveling together from Portugal to the U.S. She teaches on-site speaking in Portuguese. Her specialties range include luxury cake decorating with buttercream, royal icing, fondant, gum paste, and creation of select sugar flowers.
